What metals do you use?
Every piece is crafted in solid 14K gold (white, yellow or rose) or platinum. We do not offer 18K options, and we do not sell plated or gold-filled jewelry.
What stones do you offer?
Lab-Created Moissanite (D colorless, VVS clarity) and IGI-certified Lab-Grown Diamonds (D to E color, VVS clarity).
How long will my order take?
Every piece is handcrafted to order and ships in 3 to 4 weeks. Domestic orders ship free, fully insured and express (1 to 3 days once your piece ships), with a signature required.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders ship free and fully insured via express service. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for international delivery once your piece ships. Customs duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
What is your return policy?
Because every piece is made to order, all sales are final 24 hours after your order is placed. Our 30-Day Quality Guarantee covers manufacturing defects: if your piece arrives with a defect, contact us within 30 days of your ship date and we will repair, replace, exchange, or refund it. Discounted items are final sale.
What does the warranty cover?
Every Lab-Created Moissanite and Lab-Grown Diamond center stone carries a lifetime center-stone warranty on its stone rating, including cut, clarity, and color. Solid gold and platinum pieces carry a 1-year craftsmanship warranty, which does not cover normal wear and tear such as bending. One complimentary resize is included within 30 days of your ship date.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Pay over time with Affirm or Shop Pay Installments, subject to eligibility.
